Problem with add songs in DbMaint

Hello everyone, A colleague reached out to me with the following issue: when trying to add new songs to DbMaint, an error occurs — as shown in the screenshot. After the error appears, the file disappears from its original location and does not show up in DbMaint. Could you please advise what I can do to resolve this?
